Trustux

Trustux verifies digital signatures on signed documents — 100% local. You drop in a signed balance sheet, an opinion or a brief, and Trustux answers — without the document leaving your machine — whether the signature is intact (was it modified after signing?), whether the signer is who they claim to be (chain up to the Argentine Root CA, with CUIT/CUIL extraction) and whether the certificate was valid at signing time. A traffic-light verdict with an exportable report. Trustux is an independent satellite of the Escriba ecosystem.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Integrity
Tells you whether the document was modified after it was signed. A single changed byte turns the verdict red.
Identity and chain
Validates the certificate chain up to the trusted Root CA and extracts the signer’s identity (CUIT/CUIL), so you know who actually signed.
Validity at signing time
Checks that the certificate was valid — not expired, not revoked — at the moment of signing, not just today.
Traffic-light verdict
A clear green / amber / red result with the details behind it, and an exportable report you can attach to your file.
Private by design
Everything runs on your machine — the signed document is never uploaded anywhere.
Part of the Escriba Suite
Section titled “Part of the Escriba Suite”Trustux is the signature-verification specialist of the Escriba family — self-hosted and open-source (Apache-2.0). Its engine also powers signature checks inside Selega. Like the rest of the suite, it shares the design system and single sign-on through Lockatus.
