Presentia license

Presentia is released under the Apache License 2.0 — the same license as its upstream.

What it permits

Apache 2.0 is a permissive open-source license. It lets anyone:

• Use the software for any purpose, including commercially.
• Copy, modify and distribute it, in source or binary form.
• Benefit from an express patent grant from every contributor.

The conditions: include the license and copyright notices (and the NOTICE file, which carries third-party attributions) in redistributions, and state significant changes made to modified files. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

A fork, with the credit where it belongs

Presentia is a fork of Presenton

Presentia is a fork of Presenton — an excellent open-source AI presentation generator by the Presenton team, also licensed under Apache 2.0. All the core generation machinery is theirs; the fork adds the Escriba Suite integrations, the grounded-charts guard, the cost panel, the model picker, the markdown editor, the i18n layer and the suite branding. The upstream’s license and attributions are preserved.

The repository ships a NOTICE file with the licenses of the bundled third-party packages, as Apache 2.0 requires.
