What this means
Section titled “What this means”The MIT license is about as permissive as licenses get. You may:
- Use notarum for any purpose, including commercial use.
- Modify the source and create derivative works.
- Distribute the original or your modified versions.
- Sublicense it and include it in larger works, under any license you like.
The only condition is that you keep the copyright notice and the license text in copies or substantial portions of the software. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
The data is not ours
Section titled “The data is not ours”notarum reads public sources and links back to them. The license above covers the software, not the content it serves:
- The Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, at
boletinoficial.gob.ar - InfoLEG, Ministry of Justice, at
infoleg.gob.ar - The SAIJ provincial database, published as open data at
datos.jus.gob.ar
Each source has its own terms. notarum stores what it reads so it can answer quickly, and always links back to the original.
